  • Part 2 Returns Pick-Up and Processing

    In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address

    During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions :
    Correct ProductMRP tag should be undetached and clearly VISIBLE
    Complete ProductAll in-the-box accessories like freebies and combos should be present
    Unused ProductThe product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains
    Undamaged ProductThe product should be undamaged and without teard or holes
    Undamaged PackagingProduct`s original packaging WITH INVOICE

  • Part 3 General Rules for a successful return

     In certain cases where the Factory Cost is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given If you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund

  • Cash On Delivery Process

    All items that have the 'Cash on Delivery Available' icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery. Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select 'Pay By Cash on Delivery' . Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

  • Return and refund policy

    We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account oan the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

  • Account & Registration Obligations

    All shoppers have to register and login for placing orders on the Site. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the shopper agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. The customer can opt out either by unsubscribing in "My Account" or by contacting the customer service.
